He drinks to drown his sorrows
To escape emotions so repressed
Keeping away from the world he knows so little of
Suddenly he's on his own
Lost in the world he knows so little of
On his own, by himself
Losing control, spinning wildly
Seeing yet not experiencing
Locking himself away from hurt
Lost in the world he knows so little of
As it trickles down his throat he escapes all love, all pain
He knows so little of life, of joy
The substance of unclarity dictates his life
It controls his every move
This world, this pain he escapes
His escape is flight
Flying from his fear
Lost in the world he knows so very little of
